Welcome to my website and nice that you are here! I hope you enjoy listening to my music!

Meine Highlights der Saison 2024/25 waren Konzerte beim Hohenloher Kultursommer, bei den „Soirées baroques de Monflanquin“, dem Festival junger Künstler Bayreuth, die Premiere eines neuen Programms mit dem Konzertorganisten Raphael Attila Vogl in Ingolstadt sowie mehrere Konzerte mit dem HR-Sinfonieorchester und Alain Altinoglu in Frankfurt.

Kommende Auftritte mit meiner Musik führen mich in der Saison 202526 zum York Early Music Festival, dem Festival international de Colmar, dem Festival Europäische Kirchenmusik Schwäbisch Gmünd und zu den Karlsruher Schlosskonzerten. Dabei steht u.a. die Uraufführung der „Rhapsody on Diwan Songs“ für Bassklarinette und Viola da gamba von Avner Dorman auf dem Programm.

between the worlds

The saxophonist, bass clarinettist and composer Christian Elin is a wayfarer between musical worlds. As an interpreter, he inspires his audience with his sensuous sound as well as being an improviser. In his compositions he draws inspiration from classical, jazz, cinematic and ethnic sounds and in this way creates unique soundscapes between the genres.
